The journey of Mak Homes Construction is one of growth, trust, and transformation.
It all began in 1992, when our founder established Ayub Khan Decorators as a sole proprietorship. With a simple vision of adding beauty and functionality to living spaces, we quickly earned a reputation for quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
As our clients’ needs grew, so did our ambitions. Over the years, we gradually expanded from interior décor into the broader field of construction. With each project, we built not only homes and commercial spaces but also strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and reliability.
Our dedication to excellence eventually led us to step into real estate development. This marked a new phase in our journey, allowing us to create complete living solutions — from design and construction to development and delivery.

A Bachelor of Technology graduate in Civil Engineering from a reputed institute, he brings fresh ideas and a dynamic perspective to the fields of interiors, construction, and real estate development.
